Your task is to create an inspirational 30sec – 1min. video that emphasizes how grave the situation is for the publishing industry and encourages magazine publishers to follow the digital revolution while showcasing the significance of the digital revolution.

The publishing industry has been changed dramatically by the digital revolution. Print is now a dying medium as digital formats allow more flexibility and reach a wider audience, resulting in smaller print circulation and lower revenues. The digital revolution has also provided for faster access, better presentation, better quality, more interactivity, etc.  Although some publishers have switched over to digital formats, many still use print as their main medium.

Prizes include an invitation to the MagMe Launch Party at the Hudson Terrace Rooftop, an official screening of the video at the party, and a cash prize of $1000.

Check out the blog post on the official MagMe website before you get started, for the terms and other rules and information.
